Jobdesc:
- Handle the client’s monthly tax compliance work.
- Prepare the yearly CIT / PIT returns of our clients.
- Assist on tax reviews, audits, etc., as required by the tax seniors or managers.
- Identify possible financial or tax risks for our clients.
- Update our clients on new tax regulations applicable to our clients’ fields of business.
- Communicate closely and directly with the AOS department for data collection related to tax compliance work.
- Communicate directly with our clients’ PICs related to the tax compliance work.
- Work closely with our tax seniors and managers for approval of any important decisions related to our clients’ tax issues.
- Process the registration of our clients’ NPWP, as well as EFIN (company or individual).
- Handle any administration requirements related to the Dispenda or any other government offices in relation with tax assignments.
Requirements:
- Strong team spirit, openness, common sense & dedication.
- D3 in Fiscal Administration or S1 in Accounting.
- Very good English skills both oral and written.
- Good communication skills.
- Good self-organization skills.
- Good self-presentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, E-SPT, E-faktur, etc.
- Full understanding of the Indonesian tax regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines, professionalism, detail orientation, good analytical thinking and the will to learn.
