Job Requirements:
- Must have minimum 3 years experience as Recruitment Consultant (IT Consultant / Tech Recruiter)
- Communicative, Self Driven, Attractive and easy going person.
- Able to work in an uber fast pace and target.
- Able to work independently as well as working in a team.
- Person with IT/Technical background will be preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
- Sourcing active and passive potential candidates and also building a solid relationship with a candidate in my database to find suitable candidates for several positions
- Understanding related role in order to place right person in the right position.
