4. Assist in organizing call data, customer feedback, communication logs, and other basic documentation.
5. Regularly participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve scripts and service awareness.

D. Familiarity with ChatGPT, AI office tools, or voice transcription tools is a plus."
