Telephone Operator serves as the primary point of contact between the hotel and its guests through telephone communication. The Telephone Operator plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest service by efficiently handling incoming and outgoing calls, assisting guests with inquiries, and providing necessary information about the hotel's amenities and services. With a warm and courteous demeanor, they ensure that every guest's call is attended to promptly and professionally, leaving a lasting positive impression. Qualifications
- Education: Candidates should have a minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English and Indonesian language, fluency in another language will be beneficial.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to articulate information clearly and professionally.
- Guest Service Experience: Prior experience in a guest service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting, to understand guest needs and provide personalized service.
