Job Descriptions:
- Handle and monitor complaint & request from tenant, including fit out request.
- Carry out and monitor handover, including preparing invitation letter, checking unit condition, and contacting unit owner.
- Prepare tenant relation monthly report, including occupancy rate, fit out activity and tenant move in/out.
- Operate as a liaison between tenants and/or owner, ensuring good lines of communications are being maintained at all times in order to build comfortable neighborhood.
- Assist in inspecting tenant space, common areas, base building areas and grounds to ensure high level of maintenance.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma Degree in any major.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience as Tenant Relations Officer for Apartment & Commercial Building.
- Fluent in English would be an advantage.

Able to coordinate internally and with tenants and unit's owners.

Computer literate (Ms. Office).
- Willing to be placed in South Jakarta.
