Job Deskripsi

To support the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of the terminal by managing administrative tasks related to terminal scheduling, product movement, inventory tracking, and documentation. This role ensures accurate coordination between stakeholders, timely data entry into systems (e.g., GSAP, OMEGA), and effective communication to maintain smooth terminal operations and product distribution.

  • Ensure operations at the Terminal comply with the Management System, Company Standards, and Policies.
  • Responsible for accurate administrative recording for product receipt processes (vessel and truck), Gain and Loss Mogas & Additive operations, and product storage data in GSAP and Omega.
  • Conduct daily Physical Inventory Documents (PID) and verify product loss and gain.
  • Ensure regular quality parameter checks of products according to TOM & LOP.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders in the procurement process for the Terminal, including creating Purchase Requisitions and coordinating with vendors.
  • Verify received invoices and ensure timely processing Service Entry (SE)
  • Monitor Terminal supplies (Delivery Notes, seals, paper, and office supplies) and perform timely replenishment.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders (Suppliers, Chanel Optimiser, Road Transport Haulier, Supply Ops) for the receipt/shipment of products and additives.
  • Perform actualization in GSAP for shipments (products, additives, FAME, intact sales, etc.).
  • Communicate with relevant stakeholders regarding changes in operational schedules at the Terminal, including loading stops, maintenance, ship arrivals, Terminal Day off, and others.
  • Coordinate BCP (Business Continuity Plan) with the Terminal Team if GSAP is down and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Prepare data and reports related to Terminal operations, including throughput, loss and gain, invoices, G2G, overtime, and others.
  • Perform monthly accruals for Terminal OPEX.
  • Responsible for documentation and filing of hard copy documents, coordinate with the file storage company, including SharePoint management.
  • Act as meeting organizer for internal and stakeholder meetings

  • Fresh Graduate or min. 1 year experience in Operations, Supply Chain.
  • Technical abilities like data analysis, machinery operation, software proficiency.
  • Be able to communicate in English
