Job Descriptions:
Build and maintain good relationship with customers and other party.
Carry out service activities for the needs & complaints of tenants or counter owners so that tenant relations operations can run well & effectively.
Handle handover activities for new tenants & tenants who have expired.
Responsible for kiosk control.
Carry out marketing activities & responsible for the commercial area, including rental of common areas & promotional media as income for the company.
Monitor and watch installment payment from existing tenants.
Job Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree from Any Major.
Minimum 1 year of working experience as Lease Staff.
Good communication skills & English speaking are preferred.
Able to work in a team & actively provide ideas to improve team performance.
Computer literacy (Ms. Office).
Willing to be placed in Makassar.
