Key Responsibilities

List key responsibilities of this position that are required daily.

• Design, research, and implement intuitive user experiences for digital products.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, style guides, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Apply existing design patterns while continuously refining and improving the user experience.
• Work closely with the researchers, designers, product managers and engineers to produce intuitive UI design solutions that address customer needs and translate product vision into user interface and experience.
• Support cross-functional teams by providing design solutions for product improvements and initiatives.
• Communicate design concepts effectively through visual presentations and documentation.
• Improve designs based on usability testing, user feedback, and data analysis.
• Participate in iterative testing and refinement processes to enhance user experience.
• Keep up with design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to optimize design solutions.

Required Qualifications

Specify the education, technical skills, soft skills, experience, or certifications required for a person to be eligible for this position.

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design for web, mobile, and apps (Android & iOS).
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, FigJam, and other collaborative tools.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills to translate complex problems into user-friendly solutions.
• Experience in prototyping and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Ability to balance aesthetics and functionality, ensuring consistency with design systems.
• Basic programming knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
