As part of Corporate and Institutional Banking, HSBC Markets & Securities Services serves clients across the Group and have a presence in more than 50 countries and territories. We enable clients to unlock investment and financing opportunities, access financial markets and liquidity, manage risk and transact across borders.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role Vice President Product Management Fund Services.

Principal Responsibilities:

To leverage specialist sector knowledge in Indonesia to further develop Securities Services product and service propositions across the Insurance, Pension and Asset Management market segment to new business and existing client portfolio, in conjunction with all relevant functions and to support defined targets for revenue growth, efficiency savings and risk management for these segments. The responsibilities include the development and execution of the segment strategy in Indonesia in line with Securities Services strategy regionally/globally

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Possess knowledge and understanding of financial instruments and accounting;
• Have knowledge about custody business and operations;
• Have experiences leading projects involving local and regional stakeholders;
• Demonstrate strong logical sense, critical thinking and attention to detail;
• Demonstrate behavior which supports and contributes to an inclusive working environment; includes all co-workers in business discussions and informal meetings;
• Demonstrate ability to work under pressure;
• Proactive and responsive approach to responsibilities;
• Team player approach to attain group objectives;
• Good organizational and communication skills;
• Demonstrate leadership attributes;
• Minimum 5 year of senior level experiences in capital market industry;
• Bachelor Degree.
