THE ROLE
Positioned in Jakarta and reporting directly to the CCO, your mission is to provide support to the local organisation at various levels of business development and manage new business development initiatives directly resulting in development of volumes of exports and imports. You will contribute to improving the operational performance of the agency while supporting its rapid commercial development.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?
Strategic Sales
- Building reporting dashboards nomination vs actuals and forecasts
- Support in performance follow-up
- Evaluate opportunities for new services (review competitors’ service for gaps), market situation, commodities for growth across ID ports
- Analyze lost businesses and reactivate on a continual basis
- Deploy new areas of investments and follow up for future business
Sales Management and Monitoring
- Work with all stakeholders to drive the execution of sales targets on a weekly basis
- Identify gaps in performance and support with action plan
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Work towards expanding the customer profiles
Agency Performance and Quality Process Management
- Agency Scorecard – Monthly Result Evaluation, Estimation and Action plans
- New digital tools
- Sales – Customer Care coordination
- GBS – agency process improvement
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?
- In accordance with the provisions of Article L122-1 of the French National Service Code, only candidates aged between 18 and 28 who are European nationals will be eligible for this VIE program
- Master’s degree in business (International Business, Marketing, Finance)
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English
- Excellent knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
- Strong Data Analysis skills and advanced level in MS Excel
- Analytical, curious, assertive and tactful
- Excellent interpersonal skills, adaptability to new environments
