Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service
- Own a laptop or PC with a stable internet connection
- Proficient in English, especially written English (solid grammar is a must)
- Able to work rotating shifts (day and night, 4 weekdays and 1 weekend, subject to change)
- Background in telecommunications or tech is a plus
- Must be available to start immediately
Job Description
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via live chat and email (no phone or face-to-face interaction required)
- Develop strong product knowledge and learn to use our internal admin portal (training provided)
- Conduct manual fraud checks as part of daily operations
- Confirm and process e-commerce orders
- Submit reports and collaborate with the internal team as needed
Remuneration
- Probation (3 months): Rp. 5,000,000/month
- Contract (12 months): Rp. 6,500,000/month
- Public Holiday Pay: Rp. 25,000/hour for work on national holidays (as listed by Setkab)
- Performance-based bonus available (subject to individual performance)
- Please note: This is a contract-based position. Compensation is paid as a flat monthly salary and does not include insurance
