Key Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality 3D visualisations, animations, and walkthroughs to support project concepts.
- Create mood boards and visual concepts for new projects, supporting the design and marketing teams.
- Build and maintain 3D models using SketchUp and industry-leading rendering tools such as 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, Enscape, Lumion, or D5 Render.
- Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and consultants to ensure visuals reflect design intent and construction feasibility.
- Support client presentations and investor decks with compelling visual content.
- Prepare accurate visual documentation to communicate finishes, lighting, and materiality.
- Assist with design development by testing materials, finishes, and layouts in 3D.
- Manage and archive visual assets for future use.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a 3D Visualiser or Interior Architect, with a strong portfolio of architectural and interior renders.
- Proficiency in SketchUp and AutoCAD, plus one or more rendering engines (V-Ray, Corona, Enscape, D5, or Lumion).
- Strong eye for composition, lighting, and materials.
- Ability to produce both still renders and animated content.
- Basic understanding of construction and manufacturing to ensure realism in designs.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
