- Lead the business development strategy for Linknet Enterprise products in the Military & Defense sector.
- Establish and strengthen strategic relationships with high-level stakeholders in government, defense institutions, and related organizations.
- Drive acquisition of new large-scale defense accounts through executive-level meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Oversee account management of existing key defense clients, ensuring long-term partnerships, satisfaction, and contract renewals.
- Identify and capitalize on new opportunities by monitoring defense industry trends, procurement cycles, and regulatory developments.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product, Solution, Delivery) to design and deliver tailored, compliant, and high-value solutions.
- Provide leadership, market insights, and direction to support company growth in the Defense vertical.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Defense Studies, Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in account management, business development, or sales within the Military, Defense, or Government sector.
- Demonstrated success in managing C-level or senior government relationships and securing large, strategic contracts.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and consultative selling skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
- In-depth knowledge of defense industry dynamics, government procurement processes, and compliance requirements.
- Results-driven, strategic thinker, and proven record of exceeding sales and revenue targets.
- High integrity and ability to handle confidential and sensitive projects.
- Willing to travel frequently and represent the company in defense-related forums and engagements.
- Willing to work in Centennial Tower, South Jakarta.
