Account Payable Coordinator

Purpose of Role: We are seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our team in Jakarta, supporting the Supervisor in reporting, reconciliation, and other financial activities.
You will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounts payable operations, including invoice processing, expense validation, and payment execution. You will also contribute to process improvements, digitalization, automation, cost control, and budget adherence within the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process.
Key Responsibilities:
Invoice & Expense Processing: Receive, review, and process vendor invoices and employee expense reports in line with company policies.
Vendor Payments & Reconciliation: Prepare payment details for Treasury, reconcile vendor statements, and resolve discrepancies.
Reporting & Communication: Support financial reporting, liaise with vendors and internal teams, and address accounts payable queries.
Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Process Improvement & Automation: Contribute to digitalization and automation of AP processes to enhance efficiency and agility.
Cost Control & Budgeting: Monitor AP-related costs, support budget preparation, and ensure spending aligns with approved limits.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable or a related financial role.
Proficiency in accounting software SAP and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
Experience with digital tools and software for process automation and improvement.
