We're looking for Account Receivable Reconciliation professional to join our Finance team. If you enjoy working with numbers, processes, and payment data, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of payment tools and data across all stores
- Prepare payment tools for new store openings
- Monitor, update, and follow up on daily reports from payment gateways
- Conduct 3-way reconciliation of transactions
- Update payment data in the accounting system
- Support the monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing processes
- Handle sensitive financial information with integrity and discretion.
Qualifications
- Open to fresh graduates from relevant majors or experience in Account Receivable/Reconciliation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel/Spreadsheets
- Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and recording skills
- A proactive team player who can work under pressure
- Good verbal and written communication skills
