Jobdesc:
1. Process Optimization:
Design and maintain standardized workflows across Sales, Client, Merchant, Vertical, --Eliminate silos and improve
hand-offs between departments.
Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable improvements across the revenue funnel.
2. Operational Issue Handling:
Serve as the main point of contact for operational issues raised by Sales, Customer Success, Vertical.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve problems efficiently.
Maintain SLAs for issue resolution and develop internal knowledge bases for frequently asked questions and technical
guidance.
3. Presentation Preparation:
Assist in creating an introductory presentation deck for partners, regarding operational

Support KAM in service recovery efforts for order issues.

5. Special Project Support:
Provide support for special projects within specific verticals.
Tools:
Proficient in using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools, including Sheets, Docs, and Slides
Requierement:
1. Min educational Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics,
or related fields.
2. Strong academic track record (GPA ≥ 3.0 is a plus)
4. Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar field
5. Communication Skills: Able to communicate findings clearly (both written and verbal).
6. Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, finance, etc.).
7. Attention to Detail
8. Strong accuracy in data entry and documentation.
9. Able to follow operational procedures with consistency.
