Essential Responsibilities
- Report directly to the CFO (based in Hong Kong) and Financia Controller (based in Bali)
- Preparation of monthly and annual accounts, financial statements and reports
- Maintain General Ledger and ensure accurate journal entries.
- Reconcile accounts (bank, credit cards, vendor/customer balances).
- Prepare payment invoices, interest statements and receipts
- Preparing, checking and processing payments
- Have an in-depth and current understanding of the Company’s cash-flow position, and how this relates to its financial obligations;
- Assist with tax filings (income tax, VAT, withholding tax).
- Escalate any problematical issues immediately to the CFO and Financial Controller.
- Handle ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned by CFO and/or other senior management

- Analysis and Reporting – adept in Excel, analysing data and producing meaningful statistics.
- Communication and Presentation – a high level of articulate and concise communication.
- IT Proficiency / Problem Solving.
- Technical Industry and/or Profession Expertise.
- Attention to detail a given / A quick thinker.
- Adaptable and flexible in approach.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree specalized in Finance or Accounting
- CPA or equivalent professional accounting certification is an advantage.
- Certification in Indonesia Taxaction (A and B) is an advantage
- Minimum qualifications of 3+ years in accounting, bookkeeping and/or financial reporting
- Industry experience in Property Development / Investment is a strong advantage
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Odoo).
- Financial Reporting (P&L, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow).
- Bookkeeping & Reconciliation (AP/AR, bank statements).
- Tax Compliance (VAT, payroll tax, filings).
- Proficient in both verbal and written English
- Full-time work and based in Bali
