- Manage and develop the accounting and tax team to ensure effective, efficient performance.
- Supervise the entire process of recording and financial reporting of the company in accordance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (SAK) and applicable tax regulations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Supervise the management of the general ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations in a timely and accurate manner.
- Review and update accounting policies and procedures to stay aligned with regulatory changes and the evolving needs of the company.
- Monitor the timely submission of all tax reports, including SPT Tahunan (Annual Tax Return), SPT Masa (Periodic Tax Returns), PPh Articles 21/23/4/22, VAT (PPN), and other applicable tax filings.
- Coordinate and facilitate the tax and financial audit processes with relevant authorities, ensuring smooth communication and compliance.
- Prepare supporting documentation and negotiate effectively to resolve any issues that arise during audits.
- Minimum Qualifications: Minimum a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting
- Professional certification such as Brevet A & B
- At least 5 years of experience, preferably in managerial positions within accounting and taxation fields
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (such as UU PPh, PPn, PPN, and related regulations)
- Proficient in English written and spoken
- Skilled in accounting and tax software
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
