Responsibilities:
Perform financial close processes on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Prepare financial reports, including financial statements, variance analysis, and management reports.
Manage intercompany transactions, accruals, and provisions.
Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably from the retail/e-commerce industry.
- Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
