We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Senior Finance Officer to support our financial operations across PT MLight Asia Pacific and mLight Pty Ltd. This role is essential in ensuring accurate financial records, reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record, classify, and report the company’s financial transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
- Prepare and maintain a full set of accounts for internal reporting to the Director.
- Analyze and report financial data related to business performance, financial position, and cash flow.
- Assist in business planning and forecasting activities.
- Coordinate finance workflow and collaborate with finance teams across both entities.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial performance reports.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Fluency in English
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proficient in financial software (Accurate and MYOB are preferred) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
