Accounting & Finance Supervisor or Ass.Manager

Perusahaan kami merupakan perusahaan swasta ukuran Small/Medium, mencari candidate Accounting Assmanager/SPV level. , anda akan mengepalai tim 2-3 orang accounting staff menggunakan software akuntansi ODOO. Anda di harapkan dapat berkerja hands-on , entry , serta monitoring pekerjaan tim . anda juga akan berkerja sama dengan eksternal tax konsultan / konsultan akuntansi .

Berikut job desc sehari hari dengan role anda :

• Lead and manage the finance and accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Develop and implement effective financial strategies, policies, and internal controls.
• Prepare and review monthly and annual financial reports
• Monitor and maintain financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.
• Control company cash flow, AR, AP, Uang Titipan ( Deposit)
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities during audits and tax filing periods.
• Monitor day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Use accounting software and tools (e.g., Odoo) to track and manage financial transactions.

• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and internal control systems.
• Proficient in using accounting software (e.g. Odoo).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas such as vlookup, hlookup, and Pivot Tables.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Able to work under pressure with deadline.
