- Extract and review account listings, transaction records, balance accounts, lease schedules, and customer cards.
- Prepare transaction summaries, tax reports, and supporting documents for audits and tax appeals
- Organize and maintain transaction documents and AP-related data (projections, insurance, suppliers)
- Perform transaction reconciliations and journal entry checks
- Minimum Qualifications: Undergraduate Accounting student with no ongoing coursework, available for a 3 month on site internship
- Experience in accounting cycle, recording and administration
- Understand tax process and regulations, finance and accounting system
- Proactive, disciplined, and adaptable professional with strong time management and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent with Ms. Office Suites (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
