What You'll Do:
1. Planning and Advertising Strategy
- Develop digital advertising strategies based on business goals and target audiences.
- Choose the appropriate advertising platforms (such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Identify the right audience for advertising campaigns using data and analytical tools.
2. Campaign Creation and Management
- Create and manage advertising campaigns across various digital platforms.
- Prepare compelling text, image, and video ads that align with the brand message.
- Manage campaign settings, including budget, targeting, scheduling, and optimization.
- Conduct A/B testing to experiment with different ad elements such as headlines, images, and calls-to-action.
3. Campaign Performance Monitoring
- Oversee and monitor the performance of ads in real-time.
- Prepare performance reports including key metrics like CTR (Click-Through Rate), CPC (Cost-Per-Click), ROI (Return on Investment), etc.
- Optimize campaigns by analyzing data and making necessary changes to improve results.
4. Data Analysis and Reporting
- Gather and analyze data from various advertising platforms to determine the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Provide regular reports to clients or managers regarding campaign outcomes.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, or other analytics platforms to understand audience behavior and ad performance.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as an advertiser (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
- Familiar with digital marketing.
- Experience handling ad platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Blibli) is preferred.
