About the Role
Are you passionate about advertising and driven by results? We are seeking a results-oriented Sales Specialist with a strong understanding of the offline advertising ecosystem to join our growing team. You will be responsible for offering end-to-end advertising solutions—from creative content production and intelligent distribution (ADS) to multi-scenario ad placements—for leading brand clients.
Leveraging our extensive media network across FMCG wholesale markets, convenience stores, shopping malls, elevators, and more, along with in-house creative and tech capabilities, you will design impactful campaigns that deliver measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Acquisition & Sales Execution
- Identify and engage prospective brand clients, particularly in FMCG, retail, and local lifestyle sectors, introducing them to our offline advertising inventory and integrated ADS platform.
- Analyze client needs and tailor advertising strategies that combine creative production, smart targeting, and scenario-based placement.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: from prospecting and needs assessment, to proposal creation, negotiation, contract closure, and post-sales relationship management.
2. Solution Development & Campaign Design
- Develop customized, full-chain advertising solutions that align with the client’s brand identity and marketing goals: creative + production + distribution + placement.
- Collaborate across internal departments (creative, tech, media buying) to ensure smooth and effective campaign execution.
3. Resource Optimization & Performance Tracking
- Understand and utilize our company’s offline media assets (e.g., FMCG markets, elevators, convenience stores) to align with client objectives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign data to improve results and ROI; proactively suggest optimizations and identify renewal opportunities.
4. Market Intelligence & Strategy Refinement
- Stay updated on industry developments in OOH, retail media, and competitive activity to refine sales strategies and client proposals.
Candidate Requirements
Education & Experience
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in advertising sales, ideally in offline advertising (OOH), programmatic advertising (ADS), or retail media networks (RMN).
Core Competencies
- Strong sales acumen with proven ability to independently manage and close deals.
- Solid understanding of offline advertising environments such as elevators, convenience stores, and traditional markets.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize campaign strategies.
- Strong proficiency in English for professional use.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage and will support cross-border communication and project coordination.
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing client network in FMCG, retail, or lifestyle sectors.
- Familiarity with ad tech platforms (e.g., DSP, ADS) and offline media buying processes.
- Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to integrate creative, technology, and media resources into holistic advertising strategies.
- Ownership of a private car and a valid driver’s license is required.
- Mandarin-speaking candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
