What You Will Do
- Onboard and manage KOLs with different tiering and reach across various categories
- Grow list of existing KOLs database, establish & maintain relationship with KOLs
- Negotiate with KOLs and budget management
- Create and execute marketing programs for KOLs
- Create quotations, invoice, agreement letter, and other documents corresponding with KOL collaborations, also calculate and process KOLs’ payments
- Cross-collaboration and coordination with different teams to build and maintain creator ecosystem
- Recap and measure KOLs performance and result including data analysis, feedback, and reporting (weekly, monthly, and quarterly)
What You Will Need
- Minimum S1 education all major are welcome
- Google docs and Microsoft Office, especially Google Sheet and Excel
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- At least 2 years' experience in Influencer Marketing / KOL Specialist / Talent Management
- Familiar with influencers on multiple platforms, especially e-commerce platforms dan social media (IG and TikTok)
- Experience in managing KOLs and affiliates in all platforms is mandatory
- Familiar with creating work documents (Surat Kerja Sama, Invoice)
- Target and data oriented and good data analytic skill
- Responsible, honest, ambitious and attention to details and organized
- Able to work in fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Able to work under pressure and independently
- Leadership experience will be a plus
