- Manage maintenance activities
- Develop, evaluate, and review technical service procedures and standards
- monitor the cost and effectiveness of activities to optimize resources, prioritize spending, and achieve timeliness, reliability, and customer satisfaction standards
- Plan for all aircraft inspections (5 aircraft) with 1-year soft and 1-year hard plans
- Oversee all major inspections
- Ensure maintenance is completed on time
- Oversee minor and unscheduled inspections/maintenance
- Manage maintenance personnel
- Plan duty/off periods for two locations
- Plan individual welfare and professional upgrade
- Plan purchases and manage spares/parts to ensure 100% availability
- Advice higher management on all engineering aspects
- Prepare work orders and monitor the progress of work against estimates
- Estimate the cost, time, and resources required for installations, upgrades, and other technical services
- Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of service engineers and technicians to ensure that installations are completed on-time, within budget, and according to customer requirements.
