Responsibilities
- Coordinate Power Point for presentations, Perform daily administration, compile promotion data, TAA AAJI
- Provide support to prepare Agency Update (AU) related to new incentives
- Liaise with ABC and other departments to review the AU
- Obtain all approval needed and launch AU in time.
Requirements
- Fresh Graduate/Final Year Student
- Willing to do WFO (3x a week) & WFH (2x a week) in Setiabudi, South Jakarta
- Able to work on Power Point for presentations, and guide meetings
- Provide support to prepare Agency Update (AU) related to new incentives
- Required who have accuracy and speed in processing data, archiving document and distribution
- Solid understanding of document process.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellence knowledge in Information System.
- Strong desire to learn along with professional drive.
- Familiarity with computer software and online applications
- Able to operate Ms.Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and has personal laptop on hand
- Able analyze the data & can-do Attitude
