Responsibilities:
- QC Pengalihan Service agen di PRUHub, Retaking Polis, Pengalihan Polis karena Terminasi By Prudential (Average 200 incoming/ day)
- QA Pengalihan Polis Bancass, Remapping Bancass, Perubahan Cabang Bancass
- QC memo absorb loan, memo release Tolakan Komisi Konvensional dan Syariah
Requirements:
- Final year student (with no class to attended) or fresh graduate in Administration or equivalent major.
- Willing to do hybrid working system (3x WFO & 2x WFH) from Kota Kasablanka, South Jakarta
- Committed with 6 months internship period
- Very good knowledge on Ms. Excel (familiar with Vlookup, Hlookup, Xlookup formulas)
- Experience in insurance industry & great in English is a plus
