Responsibilities:
- Receiving hardcopy incoming reimbursement claim from mailing room.
- Grouping into certain categories for next handling by Claim Admin Team.
- Prepare GM Direct registration claims into OMNI system
- Prepare GTL & GPA registration claims in excel spreadsheet.
- Download e-Claim report from CM.
- Grouping into certain categories before delivering them to the Claim Analysts.
- Splitting hospital cashless document.
- Grouping them into certain categories before delivering them to the Claim Analysts.
- Scan hardcopies of reimbursement and cashless claim documents.
- Upload & download claims data into OMNI system
Requirements:
- Fresh Graduate from major Public health or Nursing.
- Working arrangements: Hybrid (4x WFO and 1x WFH) in South Jakarta.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools (Word, PPT, and Excel).
- Committed to do 6 months internship.
- Can-Do attitude.
