Job Description
- To coordinate the preparation needed and consolidate monthly Customer Council presentation material with all the respective stake holders
- To help with the Customer Experience project management, as well as monitoring the progress of the project.
- To help in preparing monitoring report
Requirements:
- Familiar with Microsoft Office. Excellent Excel and PPT preparation is a plus.
- Strong communication and analytical capabilities.
- Background in insurance, marketing, or business management is a plus.
