- Manage a team to achieve sales targets aligned with company compliance principles and internal legal laws.
- Defend the company's interests, confidentiality, and patients' privacy, ensuring the protection of business plans, ideas, and strategies against third parties.
- Utilize your strong concept knowledge of Diabetes, Metabolic, or Cardiovascular products to effectively manage and promote our GLP-1 portfolio.
- Demonstrate a "can-do" attitude to overcome challenges and achieve goals.
- Have high mobility within the country to effectively manage your area.

- Hold a bachelor's degree, preferably in pharmacy/apothecary or another science background.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Area Manager with proven leadership skills.
- Strong understanding and experience in managing products related to Diabetes, Metabolic, or Cardiovascular diseases.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Flexible and adaptable to high mobility within the country.
