Your Tasks
- Directly supervise, coordinate, and manage business processes with Regional Distributors within your assigned territory, ensuring alignment with Beiersdorf’s (BDF) strategic objectives and overarching business plans.
- Monitor the execution of sales programs and evaluate sales performance metrics to maintain alignment with Beiersdorf’s goals and strategies.
- Implement and oversee the company-wide fundamental strategy known as the 5 STARS program, including initiatives such as MSL, TOP 10, AVC, AO, and Unbilled Accounts.
- Develop and provide training for both internal and external sales teams, fostering a culture of high performance in achieving BDF sales KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that best practices are shared and continuous improvement initiatives are implemented throughout the sales operations.
- Continuously analyze market trends and customer feedback to recommend improvements to sales strategies and operational processes.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's Degree from all majors.
- Minimum 4 years experienced as Supervisor or Manager in FMCG Company and 1 – 2 years in same or similar position
- Willing to placed in Pulo Gadung, having a strong sales experience in Batam and its surroundings (Kepulauan Riau)
- High negotiation and communication skill, Good analytical thinking, Good analytical thinking, Able to work in team, Good in leadership and Achievement oriented
- Distributor management, Territory management, Distribution management, Sales data analysis and People development Able to operate Microsoft Office and expert in Presentation skill
