About the Role
Plan and develop channel strategies to optimize market reach and sales opportunities.
Organize and monitor sales performance to ensure targets are achieved.
Maintain and improve relationships with distributors to drive sales growth.
Evaluate and analyze market intelligence and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Propose and execute promotional strategies to boost sales and brand visibility.
Organize and maintain inventory management and supply chain coordination for seamless product availability.
Facilitate and provide training and development to enhance team skills and performance.
Plan and analyze financials for budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
Produce and report on sales performance and market activities for strategy improvement.
Organize and maintain AR collection processes to ensure timely payments and account accuracy.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or any related field
Work Experience: Min. 4-5 years in the same position
Expertise: Experience in sales, channel management, or business development, with a focus on the general trade or FMCG sector. Strong understanding of the general trade landscape, including retail dynamics, distribution networks, and consumer behavior.
