Job Description
What you will be doing:
- Adhere to the Spa Policy & Standard Operating Procedures manual
- Manage the operations and efficiency of the wellness facilities
- Support strategic initiatives for the spa and wellness areas applicable to the hotel to help market the overall well-being offer / product
- Training and Coaching of reception and spa attendant
- Schedule treatment bookings and ensure smooth operation of the reception
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism in all aspects of the job
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years previous experience within similar role
- Knowledgeable about all aspects of treatments and spa therapy
- Good communications skills, both written and verbal in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Working experience in 5* hotel operation is highly regarded
