Data Engineer

What You Will Do
· Data Architecture & Instance Migrations: Design and manage data architecture and instance migrations to support team operations.
· ETL Pipeline Development: Design and create ETL pipelines from multiple event logs to prepare data for Process Mining Analysis.
· Model Deployment: Support Data Scientists in deploying models into production environments.
· Data Preparation & Visualization: Assist Data Scientists and Data Analysts in preparing data for visualization, modeling, and recommending the most efficient ways to perform tasks.
· Data Collection Enhancement: Improve data collection procedures to ensure they capture relevant information for analytical systems.
· Data Integrity & Processing: Manage, process, cleanse, and verify the integrity of data used for analysis, storage, and operational processes.
· Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Data Scientists, Data Analysts, RPA Engineers, Product Management, and Engineering teams to understand company needs and develop data-driven solutions.
· Ad-Hoc Data Tasks: Execute on-demand data retrieval, modification, and storage tasks to support team operations.
What You Will Need
· Minimum 2 years of experience as a Data Engineer, with a strong background in data processing and infrastructure.
· Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python is required; experience with additional programming languages is a plus.
· Containerization & Deployment: Advanced expertise in Docker, particularly for machine learning model deployment via APIs.
· Orchestration & Workflow Management: Basic experience with Kubernetes, Airflow, Docker Swarm, or similar technologies.
· Cloud Computing: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, with the ability to design and implement scalable cloud architectures.
· Version Control: Strong experience with Git, Bitbucket, and command-line version control workflows.
· Data Storage & Processing: Deep understanding of Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, SQL platforms, Apache Spark, and Kafka.
· Scripting & Automation: Ability to write shell scripts (Bash) for automation and workflow optimization.
· Database Proficiency: Strong knowledge of SQL for data querying, transformation, and performance optimization.
· Communication Skills: Proficiency in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
· MLOps Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with MLOps frameworks such as MLflow is a plus.
