Analyze data and provide strategic recommendations for foreign exchange (FX) products. Assist the Treasury FX & Structured Products (FX&SP) Product Manager in maintaining policies and procedures to ensure that all transaction processes are efficient, effective, and compliant with applicable regulations.Product Development, New Variants or Series* Monitor market developments (including competitors) and plan the development of new products, variants, or series in alignment with the Bank's overall strategy.* Obtain necessary approvals from relevant local and regional departments; manage the end-to-end process, including product testing phases, marketing plans, and organizing training sessions.* Secure approval from regulators and relevant government authorities for every new product launch, variant, or series.Review of Existing Products* Continuously monitor market trends and assess the performance of existing products.* Reintroduce existing products if necessary by planning and executing product promotion campaigns.* Formulate and execute pricing strategies to ensure product competitiveness while maximizing the Bank’s revenue.Ensuring Efficient and Effective Processes* Plan and implement process improvements by regularly reviewing process flows.* Execute process enhancements through automation.Supporting the Team* Act as a backup for the Manager and fellow team members when needed.* Contribute to the team’s marketing strategies, campaign ideas, and assist the support team in executing daily Business As Usual (BAU) tasks such as daily revenue monitoring and other administrative and operational duties related to treasury products.* Assist with daily transactions by serving as a liaison between branches and T&M (Trading & Markets) for FX products.Risk Governance and Compliance* Provide training to branch marketing and service staff, as well as operations departments, to update them on the latest products, processes, and regulations.* Ensure that all processes and documentation related to treasury products (e.g., NPAs, SOPs, SLAs, and forms) are in place, well-administered, and compliant with internal policies, DBS Group policies, and regulatory requirements.* Adhere to Group policies and local regulatory standards regarding anti-money laundering practices and central bank regulations related to FX transactions.* Prepare suspicious transaction reports or transaction filings in accordance with the documented reporting process and/or local regulatory requirements.Requirement: * Has minimum of 3 years of experience in Product Development, or in T&M as Treasury Dealer or Sales.* Must possess sound knowledge of Treasury products especially Bond, FX and structured products.* Proficient in product development and management, data analytics, marketing, project management, customer experience, customer service and compliance matters.* Bachelor degree from reputable university.
