Job Overview
We’re looking for a results-driven Marketing Executive to take ownership of our performance marketing and lead generation efforts. This is a replacement role with established campaigns, tools, and workflows ready for you to build on. Your focus will be on optimizing and scaling digital acquisition efforts, refining marketing funnels, and maximizing lead conversion through campaign management and automation.This is a hands-on role that blends tactical execution with strategic thinking. You'll work closely with sales, product, and creative teams to drive high-quality leads and consistent campaign results.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel lead generation campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms, with a clear marketing funnel approach from awareness to conversion.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance using data-driven insights (CTR, CPC, frequency, ad fatigue, etc.) to identify optimization opportunities across all funnel stages.
- Build, test, and enhance high-converting landing pages and sales funnels to maximize lead quality and conversion rates.
- Create and/or guide the development of campaign assets—including images, videos, and other creatives—using a combination of hands-on skills and AI-assisted design tools.
- Set up and manage marketing automation workflows for email and WhatsApp follow-ups.
- Analyze marketing data regularly to measure success, report on KPIs, and recommend improvements for ongoing campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Communicate campaign results, insights, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and team members.
- Be proactive in identifying challenges beyond the core role and contribute to continuous learning and growth within the team.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a proactive marketer who’s confident stepping into an existing role and driving it forward. You should be both analytical and creative, with the ability to manage campaigns end-to-end and optimize for performance.
- 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing and lead generation, ideally within a SaaS or tech-driven company
- Proficiency with landing page builders like Webflow, and a strong grasp of UI/UX principles to optimize user journeys.
- Practical graphic design and basic video editing skills, complemented by experience or openness to using AI creative tools to accelerate content production.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms such as HubSpot or ActiveCampaign.
- Strong data interpretation skills and a test-and-learn mindset to optimize campaigns continuously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work cross-functionally and present insights clearly.
- Demonstrated marketing funnel mindset, with the ability to optimize campaigns at every stage from awareness to conversion and retention.
- Self-driven and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities.
