Backend Developer Associate

• Develop applications according to the requirements and company standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the work that has been assigned according to the due date
• Follow up to internal and external team regarding the bottleneck problem encountered
• Give feedback and challenge requirement from Product Owner
• Understanding product knowledge
• Manage priority taks that has been assigned
• Establish and maintain active and constructive relationships with internal squad or project team
• Risk/Findings audit to be fulfilled

• Proven experience in Backend Developer, Software Engineer or similar position 1 to 3 Years
• Experience with programming languages like Java (Springboot) or Golang for 1 to 3 years
• Bachelor degree in Information Technology/Information System/Data Science/Computer Science

Knowledge

• Software Development LifeCycle
• Understanding of database management systems
• Understanding of code versioning tools such as Git
• Develop functional and sustainable applications according to requirements
• Optimize applications for better performance and scalability
• Be proficient in server-side development, troubleshoot and debugging
• Solving issues and finding opportunities for improvement
• Create and maintain technical document
