- Design microservices architecture for POS (Financial, Non-Financial, Money-Out) and relational data models.
- Develop API and service layers integrated in real-time with Emma App, AFIOne, Core RLS, and Payment Systems.
- Implement SSO/OAuth and role-based access control.
- Write unit, integration, and load test suites; ensure observability (logging, tracing, metrics).
- Deploy to Kubernetes environments, perform blue-green/rolling updates, and maintain performance SLAs.
- Collaborate closely with Front-End and QA teams, support production troubleshooting, and post-go-live warranty.
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in IT; 2–3 years of experience developing Java applications.
- Experienced with Java 17+, Spring Boot 3 (MVC/WebFlux, Security, Data JPA), and microservices architecture.
- Familiar with MS SQL Server (queries, indexing), messaging systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ), and caching (Redis).
- Experience in building secure RESTful APIs (OAuth2/JWT) and API documentation (OpenAPI).
- Basic understanding of Docker & Kubernetes orchestration (willing to learn Helm/ArgoCD).
- Experience integrating external services (S3, notifications, payment gateways) is a plus.
- Knowledge of unit and integration testing (JUnit 5, Testcontainers).
- Bonus: Insurance domain knowledge or basic Java certification.
