- Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Design and maintain system architecture and documentation

- Design and manage databases effectively
- Write and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize system performance

- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Information Technology
- At least 2 years of experience as a Backend Software Engineer
- Proficient in PHP and JavaScript; familiarity with Golang or Python is a plus
- Experience with databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, OpenSearch, and ClickHouse
- Hands-on experience with frameworks such as Laravel and Express.js
- Skilled in writing unit tests
- Familiar with project documentation and version control tools such as Git
- Knowledge of Apache Kafka for building real-time data pipelines and streaming applications
- Actively uses AI tools to support daily development tasks, improve productivity, and enhance problem-solving
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and programming languages
