Job Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in training development and delivery, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of bancassurance products and sales processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for bancassurance team, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and create customized training solutions.
- Lead recruitment efforts for bancassurance positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.
- Foster strong relationships with banking partners to understand their training and recruitment needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to bancassurance team to enhance their skills and performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure training programs are current and compliant.
- Prepare and present regular reports on training and recruitment activities to senior management.
