Manage schedules, organize meetings, and handle correspondence for Group Head
Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and other logistical needs for work unit activities.
Manage travel expenses and reimbursement documentation.
Prioritize incoming emails & calls to ensure timely responses and efficient workflow.
Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) for easy access and document security.
Ensure all necessary materials and equipment are available for meetings.
Requirements
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage schedules, meetings, and communication.
Ensuring logistics (e.g., travel arrangements, venue bookings, and materials) are managed efficiently.
Ability to anticipate needs, identify potential issues, and provide proactive solutions.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail.
Having experiences in the role of Secretary will be value added (preferable min. 1 years of experiences)
Fluent in English is more preferable.
