The Barista is responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverages while delivering warm, genuine, and consistent service to every guest. As the front face of BGS Bali, the Barista maintains cleanliness, supports daily store routines, and upholds the brand’s standard of excellence in every interaction.
Qualifications:
· Prior experience (1 year) as a barista is preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
· Basic knowledge of coffee, espresso machine use, and hygiene practices.
· Friendly, responsible, and service-oriented attitude.
· Able to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
· Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
· Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
