Responsibilities:
· Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes and quality standards.
· Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including restocking inventory and washing glassware.
· Handle cash and process payments accurately.
· Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
· Collaborate with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth operations.
· Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
Requirements:
· Minimum 2 years experience in similiar role
· Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes, spirits, wine, and beer.
· Strong customer service and communication skills.
· Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
· A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
· Relevant certifications (e.g., responsible alcohol service training) are a plus.
