What You'll do:
As our Boutique Sales Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a world-class retail experience while ensuring smooth boutique operations. Your leadership will be essential in driving sales performance and cultivating meaningful client relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Master our brand collections and translate your expertise into compelling storytelling for clients.
- Deliver impeccable service that reflects the standards of a premium luxury environment.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, creating a loyal and engaged customer base.
- Supervise daily operations including sales activities, inventory control, and cash handling.
- Maintain and regularly update a customer database to support personalized service and targeted outreach.
- Drive your team to consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Oversee boutique presentation, ensuring the space and tools are always immaculate and brand-aligned.
What You’ll Need To Succeed :
- At least 2 years of experience in luxury retail or premium brands, with the confidence to handle high-value transactions and discerning clients.
- Strong sales orientation combined with business insight and professionalism.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and lead a team.
- A high level of personal initiative and accountability, with a collaborative approach.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- A diploma degree from a reputable institution.
