JOB DESCRIPTION
- Developing and implementing strategic marketing plans that align with the company's business objectives and target audience in the target audience market.
- Ensuring the Sales and Marketing team delivers effective campaigns to generate leads, increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.
- Directing all operational aspects including distribution, customer service, human resources, administration and sales
- Developing forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
- Manage employees and lead day-to-day responsibilities.
- Managing budgets, allocating resources effectively and optimising marketing spends to achieve monthly target.
- Fostering relationships with key business partners, vendors and media to maximise marketing and sales reach and impact.
QUALIFICATION
- A bachelor's degree in any major
- Min. 5 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor or 2-3 years of experience as a Sales Manager/Branch Manager in IT/ISP/IS/SI Industries
- Proven management experience
- Proven track record of developing, managing and executing wide-ranging sales-marketing campaigns across B2B and B2C verticals.
- Proficiency in public relations, business development strategies, customer experience enrichment, analytics and data-led marketing.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor and develop marketing professionals.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior executives and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to leverage data and insights for informed decision-making.
- Have a driver license (SIM A & SIM C)
