Marketing Activities:
• Ensure each stage of a sale is completed in a timely and accurate manner, including: preparation of quotations, confirmation of requirements, required invoices, and payment
• Ensure sales compliance to overall financial procedures for all sales (e.g., cost estimation, quotations and invoices, monitoring, and recording payment)
• Create sales income report and progress from all channels of distribution
• Conduct marketing events (e.g., open house, school fairs, exhibitions, school visit, information session)
• Maintain and update status of customers and ensure the accuracy with confidentially of related process
• Update and monitor the school database
• Provide information related to product and services to prospective parents
• Search promotion activity opportunities in various school and industry
• Conduct Registration forms selling
• Analyze sales achievement periodically
• Provide input/solution to overcome unachieved sales target
• Assist Marketing Manager for updated information regarding products and various events that will be held by marketing divisions
• Represent the school at marketing events, road shows and exhibitions
• Conversant with the products offered and notify related information to prospective customer (e.g., academic time period)
Marketing Process Analysis:
• Implement innovative and proactive communication strategies to attract and enroll more students
• Contribute to overall admission and objectives in marketing school by providing policy analysis and strategic advice on admission and recruitment initiatives, arising issues and opportunities
• Develop enrollment plan and implement strategy to enhance student intake in admission
• Plan, forecast, and analyze market demand and student admission trends • Coordinate with other departments in marketing division to ensure the CRM strategy works well for every aspect of the business
• Monitor the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce) to deliver sales and marketing using customer profiling and segmentation to achieve additional sales • Record and keeping track of CRM activities to find opportunities for improvement
• Assist with ongoing market research and analysis
Admission Operational Monitoring:
• Implemented standardized admission process to all marketing in school area
• Analyze admission system required and integration planning to obtain the admission strategic planning
• Review the admission process and suggest improvement for admission system procedures to marketing senior manager – school
• Ensure accurate and effective communications media related to admission process (e.g., website for applicants and admitted students, all applicant/admissions email communications, print publications, and decision letters.)
• Collaborate with marketing senior manager and marketing manager in monitoring the student enrollment methods
• Provide assistance with admission activities, admission publications and information sessions
• Review admission applications, write summaries and make recommendations regarding acceptance
• Carry out registration form selling process (e.g., conduct sales, registration and admission test activities)
• Ensure overall compliance in admissions procedure implementation
• Ensure admission documents completeness and conduct overall process admissions document submissions
• Arrange admission test schedule and venue
• Inform admission test procedure to prospective students
• Follow up prospective customers after admission test acceptance
• Submit total cash income from registration from direct sales to appointed Bank
• Maintains confidentially of overall student admission database
• Ensure the admission documentation is properly recorded
• Respond queries from prospective customer related to admission procedure and other related process
General Activities:
• Perform and complete other tasks as assigned by direct supervisor
• Provide periodic report to direct supervisor
• Compiles, maintains, and file all reports, records and other documents required
• Suggest improvement process related to sales activities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
• Perform activities related to quality Management System
Education Requirement:
• Minimum holder Bachelor’s Degree (S1)
Work Exposure/ Experience:
• Minimum 2 years in senior staff, or
