We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin & Support Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals with a hospitality background and experience in reservation and CRM systems. You will be responsible for supporting operational and administrative functions to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to the operations and management teams.
2. Manage and coordinate reservations using systems such as Chope, RSVP, or other omnichannel platforms.
3. Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and feedback across multiple channels.
4. Maintain and update customer databases using CRM tools.
5. Compile reports and maintain records using Microsoft Excel.
6. Coordinate internal communications and scheduling as needed.
7. Ensure all data is accurately recorded and organized for easy access and reporting.
8. Assist with general office and clerical tasks.

- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in hospitality is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with RSVP, Chope, and omnichannel platforms.
- Basic understanding of CRM systems.
