- Act as a liaison between business users and Odoo developers.
- Analyze, understand, and document business requirements to create detailed FSD (Functional Specification Document) and BRD (Business Requirement Document).
- Translate business processes into Odoo workflows and provide solutions accordingly.
- Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and deliver user training post-implementation.
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Maximum age: 30 years old.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Odoo Business Analyst / Functional.
- Mandatory: 1 Odoo BA/Functional with strong Accounting background.
- Nice to have: Odoo BA/Functional with HR/GA/SE knowledge.
- Proven experience in documenting FSD and BRD in detail.
- Strong skills in documentation tools
- Excellent analytical thinking, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
