Qualifications
- Minimum S1 degree (D3 accepted with relevant experience).
- Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience in an advertising agency or media is a plus.
- Strong interest in maintaining relationships with new and existing clients.
- Genuine passion for sales.
- Intermediate knowledge of Digital Advertising, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Internet Marketing, Marketing Funnels, and paid advertising mechanics.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in English (oral & written).
- Proactive, disciplined, eager to learn, and willing to share knowledge.
- Self-motivated, confident, quick to adapt, organized, and a team player.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve set sales targets.
- Acquire new accounts and manage relationships with existing clients.
- Handle client service administration and communications.
- Prepare and compile proposals for clients.
- Provide initial consultations and coordinate with internal teams.
- Develop a full understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem.
